I enjoyed this hotel, nothing too much trouble. Everything was modern and rooms were top-class and brand-new. The staff were all superfriendly, really helpful. The location was quiet, not too far away from a town square. It was also short walk to Lucca historical centre, and good restaurants and attractions in Lucca.

The room was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, exceeding our expectations. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The peaceful garden added an extra element of relaxation to our stay. Elena, our host, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, with thoughtful touches and helpful recommendations. Despite a minor issue with the internet, the communication and prompt resolution demonstrated their excellent service. I highly recommend this accommodation for a perfect and enjoyable stay.

The room was quite small and cramped, with very little storage space. the bed was also uncomfortably hard, and the noise from the street outside made it difficult to sleep.
